As an official ServiceNow Premier Partner in Switzerland, we support RUAG in optimizing its IT service management. For this project, the technology partner of the Swiss Armed Forces opted for our own, very successful Fast Track methodology for the rapid implementation of the ServiceNow platform. In the process, we implemented the ServiceNow applications Incident Management and Knowledge Management in the company in just a few weeks.
