Sustainability is firmly anchored in our corporate philosophy. We focus on sustainable ecological, economic and ethical behavior and have been awarded Gold by the independent rating platform EcoVadis.
For our sustainable commitment in the areas of environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement, we have been tested by EcoVadis, an independent rating platform for sustainability, and awarded Gold. With 70 out of 100 points, we occupy the 97th percentile rank and are thus one of the few companies to have achieved Gold status in our category.
Low energy consumption and resource-conserving behavior
Sustainable ecological action is of great importance to us as a company. Our measures are in line with the careful use of resources and the protection of our environment. High priorities include the reduction of CO2 emissions, low energy consumption and low consumption of waste, materials and water.
In particular, we strive to increase the share of sustainable energy, taking into account economic efficiency, and to reduce fuel consumption for journeys to our offices and business trips, promoting the use of public or fuel-free means of transport. In addition, we ensure, among other things, the proper recycling of unavoidable waste such as consumables and packaging materials.
Equality, diversity and respect

Our actions are based on a code of conduct that ensures respectful, trusting and responsible cooperation. All employees comply with the agreed directives and ensure ethically and morally impeccable conduct. The code of conduct includes focal points such as the protection of personal integrity in the workplace and instructions on corruption. The code of conduct is reviewed regularly and adapted as necessary.

As a service company, we rely on sustainable cooperation with our suppliers, as they have a direct impact on our ecological footprint. We therefore attach great importance to responsible, holistic sustainable procurement and supplier management.
Every purchasing decision has an impact across the entire supply chain and life cycle. For this reason, sustainable procurement for us includes procuring products and services where all suppliers ensure fair working conditions and cause minimal ecological impact. When selecting contractors and working with them, we aim to give greater consideration to their performance in terms of safety, health, the environment, social standards and fair business practices. In doing so, we rank sustainability higher than economic interests.
