We developed a completely new configuration management database solution for our customer, a specialist in automation solutions for buildings. With the MS Azure-based CMDB solution, the industrial company is optimizing access to building technology data and thus its own IT service management.

Since implementation, data on commercial services and technology used for various tools has been supplied worldwide: sales application (Salesforce), effort estimation application (SCT), field service application (Dynamics 365), application for remote services USA (self-built), internal reporting (Power BI) and external reporting (QlikView). Thanks to the central CMDB, our customer is moving away from previously used country-specific solutions and simplifying data processing. The now much faster and more stable data access is standardized so that new recipients can be connected easily.
