BDO optimizes its service management with ServiceNow: simple process digitization thanks to ITSM and CSM
BDO relies on ServiceNow and FROX as its ServiceNow partner in Switzerland for the automation and digitalization of its IT and business processes. As a first step, the company is optimizing its service management by implementing the ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) module. The switch to ServiceNow will enable BDO to improve its processes and services in its own IT operations and customer service in the long term. The award-winning and market-leading enterprise service management platform ServiceNow supports BDO in simplifying its processes and continuously optimizing the quality of its services.
As ServiceNow’s Partner of the Year 2024, we are supporting BDO with this service management project in both an advisory and implementation capacity. Among other things, our ServiceNow experts will ensure that BDO employees can process customer inquiries more efficiently, minimize manual errors and avoid information silos on ServiceNow’s cloud-based platform. The ServiceNow ITSM and Customer Service Management (CSM) applications offer a variety of functions so that teams and departments can work together more transparently and offer their customers better services.
