I started at FROX on November 20, 2023.
In which position do you work at FROX? What are your tasks?
I work as Senior Account Executive and advise companies on the added value and potential of the ServiceNow platform with a focus on artificial intelligence (AI).
Where did you work before? What experience do you have?
For almost 15 years, I have been advising major clients and SMEs in Switzerland and internationally on digital transformation, particularly in the areas of marketing and e-commerce. I have gained valuable professional experience both with large global corporations and fast-growing scale-ups.
Why did you decide to join FROX? What are your goals?
FROX enables me to enter the world of service management and process digitalization. ServiceNow is one of the most successful software companies in history and I am very motivated to show companies the added value of this platform and how they can use it to make their business more successful and future-oriented.
What do you like most about your job?
Working together with clients and a motivated team to develop customized solutions for business challenges enriches and inspires me.
We would also like to know something about you as a person. What excites you besides work? Where do you find your balance?
Activities with family and friends provide the necessary balance. I also enjoy being active in sports, whether it’s racing bikes on Lake Zurich, skiing or a high-altitude tour in the mountains. Traveling is also one of my passions.
