When did you start at FROX?
I started at FROX on March 4.
In which position do you work at FROX? What are your tasks?
I am employed as a ServiceNow Solution Consultant. ServiceNow is a system that supports companies in the management of digital work processes. I advise customers on the best possible use and implementation of ServiceNow and pass on their wishes and needs to our software developers.
Where did you work before? What experience do you have?
Fresh from my degree and doctorate in maths, this is my first full-time job. However, the transition into the world of work is an ongoing process, because even now I am still being allowed to train myself thoroughly in the IT world and with ServiceNow. I’m already looking forward to the first projects!
Why did you decide to join FROX? What are your goals?
Right from the start, I felt welcome in a friendly, helpful team with a pleasant working atmosphere. I am being thoroughly supported and trained, the future tasks seem varied and diverse and I hope to be able to continue to develop and create added value for everyone.
What do you like most about your job?
As the interface between customers and our developers, I will be able to work a lot with people. I find it very fulfilling to work together to implement solutions that are specifically customized to customer needs.
We would also like to know something about you as a person. What excites you besides work? Where do you find your balance?
I make a lot of music in my free time and play in various orchestras, with which we regularly rehearse and perform concerts. Making music together and transporting concert-goers into worlds of sound has inspired me from an early age, so I hope to be able to achieve this in a different form of work.
