On June 6, the free ServiceNow Summit Zurich 2024 will take place at the Circle Convention Center. From Service Operations and Customer Service to HR and Finance, ServiceNow customers and partners will be demonstrating how they use ServiceNow successfully.
We are pleased to present two of our customer projects:
- 2 pm — 2.25 pm: Implementation of the ServiceNow platform at RUAG, the technology partner of the Swiss Armed Forces. Thanks to our specially developed Fast Track methodology, we were able to introduce ServiceNow at RUAG within just a few weeks, enabling a quick start with the platform.
- 2.35 pm — 3.00 pm: Productive employee experiences with HR Service Delivery at BKW, one of Switzerland’s leading energy companies. By setting up a self-service and efficient workflows, BKW employees can easily and quickly receive answers, make and resolve requests.
