At the ServiceNow Summit Switzerland 2023 in Zurich, FROX and the Swiss Armed Forces presented the “missionOne” project of the Command Support Base of the Swiss Armed Forces. ISpeaking to an engaged audience about ‘Changing the mindset and service processes at the Swiss Armed Forces’, we demonstrated how the Swiss Armed Forces use the ServiceNow platform to map both the IT processes and operational processes of soldiers/troops and integrate various weapon systems in a visionary way.
The joint presentation also addressed the specifics of the security and architecture requirements associated with this digitalization project.
