When did you start at FROX?
I started at FROX on August 14, 2023.
In which position do you work at FROX? What are your tasks?
I work at FROX as a Solution Consultant. My main task is to support our ServiceNow customers in Switzerland in the areas of IT service management, digitalization, and process optimization.
Where did you work before? What experience do you have?
Before that, I worked for almost a decade in various positions at UBS AG. During this time, I advised clients worldwide and got to know the processes and procedures in the back office. This year I completed my studies at the ZHAW in Business Informatics. Now I wanted to combine my passion for advising clients and my interest in digital transformation at FROX.
Why did you decide to join FROX? What are your goals?
I got to know FROX at the Conecto trade fair at the ZHAW and had a very positive impression right from the start. The pleasant working atmosphere, the flexible working hours and the opportunity to work on varied and challenging projects are the reasons why I chose FROX. My goal is to implement many successful projects with FROX.
What do you like most about your job?
What I like most is the opportunity to work in a motivated team to find the best possible solutions for our customers.
We would also like to know something about you as a person. What excites you besides work? Where do you find your balance?
Outside of work, I find my balance in quiet moments with friends and family or in sporting activities such as rowing, football and hiking.
