The Service Management Forum Switzerland (SMFS) focused this year on 17.11.2022 on the topics of agility, lean as well as DevOps and IT Service Management as a unifying element. As event partner as well as Premier Partner of ServiceNow and Partner of BMC Helix, some of our service management specialists were on site with our own event booth in order to answer questions around the topics of service management, the ServiceNow Platform and BMC Helix applications.
Participants had the chance to enjoy a refreshing fruit-smoothie as well as to win the jackpot containing an attractive prize!
