In the 2024 ranking of the best IT employers in Switzerland, the Noser Group took ninth place. This means that the Group is once again one of the top 10 most popular employers in the “Internet, telecommunications and IT” sector.
The fact that the Noser Group is successful in a highly competitive environment such as the IT sector in Switzerland underlines its attractiveness as a Swiss employer. Being recognized as one of the top IT employers in Switzerland 2024 confirms the Noser Group’s long-term investments in technology, innovation, employee satisfaction and employee retention. This success once again emphasizes the importance of a positive corporate culture and an attractive working environment in today’s working world.

The ranking result is based on a survey of 15,000 Swiss employees conducted by “Handelszeitung” in collaboration with “PME” and Statista. The survey was conducted between May and July 2023. It comprises more than 200,000 assessments of over 1,500 employers from various sectors, each with at least 200 employees in Switzerland.
