Since 1993, the Theodora Foundation (Stiftung Theodora) has been pursuing the goal of brightening up the everyday lives of children in hospitals and specialized institutions with joy and laughter. Today, the foundation organizes and finances weekly visits by professional artists — the Dream Doctors — to hospitals and institutions for children with disabilities in Switzerland. Every year, these funny, magical characters bring laughter and moments of happiness to thousands of children on their visits. The Dream Doctors are specially trained and work in consultation with the nursing staff. To this end, the Theodora Foundation offers six programs tailored to the children’s needs. With a donation to the Theodora Foundation, we support the commitment of the Dream Doctors, and thank them for their great work.
