Design that makes an impact
Welcome to the team, Wojtek! We are delighted to have you at FROX since March 2026. Tell us a little more about yourself and your previous experience!
What is your position at FROX, and what are your responsibilities?
At FROX, I work as a Solution Architect for ServiceNow. My main responsibility is managing client projects—from the initial requirements analysis through to technical implementation. In this role, I handle the solution architecture—including the technical aspects when necessary—advise our clients on ServiceNow, write solution designs, and support the development team. I also enjoy serving as a coach and mentor to my colleagues.
Where did you work before? What experience do you bring to the table?
I bring several years of broad experience in the ServiceNow environment. Most recently, I worked as a Certified Technical Architect at DXC Technology, where I was responsible for platform and solution architectures, technical consulting, and mentoring. Prior to that, I worked at Swisscom as a Solution Designer and DevOps Engineer. That experience had a significant impact on my professional development. I served as Lead Developer and Security Champion/Architect, designed solution architectures, mentored junior developers, and was responsible for the platform’s technical governance. In addition, I had the opportunity to lead a greenfield project (Sales Portal) from the initial concept through to launch. I laid the foundation for my ServiceNow career at AMAG, where I was primarily involved in development. Before that, I worked mainly in web application development, primarily on the backend.
Why did you choose FROX, and what are your goals?
I first heard about FROX from a friend (thanks for that!). But what really won me over was the first impression I got when I met the team: the team dynamics, the vibrant company culture, and the palpable agility. The employee-first mentality and the freedoms that come with it aren’t just empty promises to me—they’re genuine values that I already felt clearly during the application process.
When it comes to my personal development, I’m eager to be surprised by the opportunities FROX offers me. One of my goals, however, is to grow into areas where I still have limited experience. I look forward to exploring new topics together with the team.
What do you like most about your job?
What excites me most about my profession is the combination of technical depth and human connection. I love getting to the bottom of tricky problems and finding the most technically sound solution—one that not only works today but will still hold up tomorrow. Efficiency is key for me. I consider a solution good only if it’s truly well-thought-out and doesn’t leave behind any unnecessary technical debt.
Coaching and mentoring are just as fulfilling for me. Sharing my knowledge and experience, and seeing how others grow as a result, brings me great joy. At the end of the day, the best outcome for me is twofold: satisfied customers and a solution we can be technically proud of.
We’d also like to learn a little about you as a person. What inspires you outside of work? How do you find balance?
Besides work, music (especially playing the guitar) and nature are what help me unwind. Music has been a part of my life since elementary school. It gives me energy and helps me relax. And when I’m out in nature, whether on my bike or on foot, I can really clear my head. For me, this combination of creativity and fresh air is the perfect balance to my daily work routine.
