What is your position at FROX, and what are your responsibilities?
I joined FROX as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, where I am currently focused on developing solid platform expertise and supporting internal initiatives as I prepare for upcoming customer projects. With a background in IT Service Management (ITSM), I bring a structured and analytical mindset, strong curiosity, and a commitment to delivering solutions that enhance efficiency and ensure a positive user experience.
Where did you work before? What experience do you bring to the table?
Before joining FROX, I built my career in the IT industry, working across different roles with a strong focus on IT Service Management solutions. I gained valuable experience in the telecommunications sector, working with major providers Vodafone and Swisscom in multiple countries. During this time, I developed a deep understanding of service processes, customer needs, and system configuration within large and fast-paced environments. This background has given me a solid foundation in structured problem-solving, process optimization, and service delivery excellence — skills that I am now applying and expanding in the ServiceNow ecosystem. I am excited to bring my experience to FROX, learn from the team, and contribute to meaningful and impactful projects.
Why did you choose FROX, and what are your goals?
Having recently moved to Switzerland, it was important for me to join a well-established company with a strong reputation and long-term customer relationships — and FROX immediately felt like the right fit. During the interviews, I felt welcomed and valued, and I appreciated seeing long-term employees who clearly enjoy working here. My goal is to grow into a confident ServiceNow consultant, support our clients in maximizing the value of their digital service management solutions, and contribute to successful, long-term partnerships.
What do you like most about your job?
I appreciate the opportunity to learn and grow every day — both technically and professionally. I enjoy understanding different processes, collaborating with experienced colleagues, and gradually taking on more responsibility. I also truly enjoy working with ServiceNow as a platform — I find it powerful, versatile, and exciting to explore. Being part of a supportive team and seeing steady progress motivates me and makes the work especially rewarding.
We’d also like to learn a little about you as a person. What inspires you outside of work? How do you find balance?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and discovering new places together. Traveling is truly my passion — I love exploring different cultures, cities, and experiences. Since moving to Switzerland, I’ve especially enjoyed getting to know its beautiful nature, from peaceful lakes to impressive mountain landscapes. I also like to relax with a good book, a movie, or music. These moments help me recharge and return to work with fresh energy and motivation.
