ServiceNow expert with extensive project experience

What is your role at FROX, and what are your responsibilities?
In my role as a Solution Consultant, I support our clients in optimizing their business processes using the ServiceNow platform. I provide comprehensive consulting, oversee implementations, and translate their requirements into clear specifications for our development teams.
Where did you work before, and what experience do you bring?
I started my professional career as an SAP Consultant at Würth ITensis AG. Afterward, I gained extensive experience as a Consultant and Project Manager in the ECM/DMS field, where I was responsible for evaluating and successfully implementing various solutions. I then took on the role of Project Manager for the implementation of an MDM solution and a sales application for field staff, overseeing the entire process from requirements gathering to go-live.
Afterward, I transitioned into the ITSM field and worked as a Consultant for Ivanti. My focus later shifted to ServiceNow, where I successfully managed various client projects as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager at ITSM Group — from implementation and go-live to the hypercare phase. In my most recent role, I co-founded a company specializing in ServiceNow, where I held multiple positions as Engagement Manager, Business Process Consultant, and Senior Consultant. My goal was to provide clients with comprehensive support while strategically building up the company.
Why did you choose FROX, and what are your goals?
I chose FROX because I immediately felt comfortable from the very first conversation. The family-like corporate culture, flat hierarchies, and respectful interaction—reflected, among other things, in the large number of long-term employees—convinced me. What I particularly appreciate at FROX is that the clients’ needs are always the top priority and decisions are made closely aligned with actual requirements. As a Swiss ServiceNow partner, FROX sets the right priorities, fully aligning with my own vision of successful and sustainable consulting. I am confident that my experience and expertise will allow me to contribute real added value and support the team’s success.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
What I enjoy most about my job is the variety and diversity that comes from working on different projects, with different clients, and facing new challenges. No two days are the same. This makes my work exciting and dynamic. I am especially motivated by the opportunity to continuously learn new things, expand my knowledge, and share it actively. I truly enjoy solving problems, inspiring people, and supporting them along their journey. Working together with clients, colleagues, and project teams to make progress is not only fulfilling but also a true inspiration in my professional life.
We’d also love to learn more about you as a person. What excites you outside of work? How do you find balance?
Outside of work, I find balance mainly through physical activity, whether it’s golfing, doing CrossFit, or simply spending time outdoors. I enjoy trying new things, staying curious, and welcoming variety — in sports as well as in life in general. Quiet moments are equally important to me, allowing me to slow down intentionally and spend quality time with my friends and family, who give me strength and inspiration. This mix of activity, curiosity, and inner calm helps me stay balanced and recharge for my workday.
