The Noser Group, with its subsidiaries AKROS AG, Bucher + Suter AG, DANEXiS AG, FROX AG, Noser Engineering AG, Noser Young, and Noser Bulgaria, is once again one of Switzerland’s leading IT employers. In the latest ranking by “Handelszeitung”, the group secured a place in the top 10 once again. In the “Internet, Telecommunications and IT” category, the Noser Group improved its position by one place compared to the previous year and ranks 7th in 2026.
The ranking is based on a broad survey conducted by “Handelszeitung” in collaboration with “PME” and “Statista”. Between May and July 2025, more than 240,000 reviews from around 15,000 employees in Switzerland were evaluated. The aim was to identify the 250 most popular employers in Switzerland.
With this result, the Noser Group is further expanding its position as an attractive employer in the Swiss IT industry. The ranking illustrates how crucial a strong corporate culture and a modern, appreciative working environment are in the competition for skilled workers.
