At Mobiliar, we implemented an interface between BMC Remedy and Dynatrace to prevent media breaks. The solution is based on the FROX ITSM-Dynatrace Connector, which ensures data synchronization between the two systems. In Mobiliar’s service desk, tickets are now automatically generated based on events occurring in monitoring and forwarded to the appropriate support teams. This increases efficiency and shortens ticket processing times so that agreed SLAs can be met.
