When did you start at FROX?
I joined FROX in the fall of 2024.
What is your role at FROX, and what are your responsibilities?
As a Senior Account Executive, I support our ServiceNow customers, helping them unlock the full value and potential of the ServiceNow platform.
Where did you work before, and what experience do you bring?
I have worked in various industries and countries. Over the past five years, I was a Senior Sales Consultant at a Swiss SME specializing in Field Service Management. Before that, I spent five years in China as a Business Developer for a leading Chinese construction company, assisting foreign businesses looking to expand into the Chinese market.
I also had the opportunity to take on exciting national and international assignments at IBM in different roles, which allowed me to work in countries such as Scotland, India, China, Bulgaria, and the Philippines.
Why did you choose FROX, and what are your goals?
FROX is the right size to make an impact while staying close to the pulse of innovation. Agility and flat hierarchies are important to me and contribute to a strong company culture. My goal is to strengthen our ServiceNow portfolio, provide optimal support to our customers, and contribute to a more efficient working world.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy working with customers and collaborating with like-minded, motivated individuals who strive for project success and are willing to go the extra mile.
We’d also love to learn more about you as a person. What excites you outside of work? How do you find balance?
I recently became a father for the first time, so my main focus is on my family. I find balance by spending time with my wife and our daughter. In addition, I enjoy sports, literature, and great food. And of course, I appreciate a good bottle of wine from time to time.
