Working at FROX: A team of diverse talents

I chose FROX because I would like to be more involved in customer-specific projects, and I am interested in process optimization. FROX struck me as a very dynamic, forward-looking and collegial company. It also offers the opportunity to implement a customer project from scratch. I like the daily programming challenge and the great team at FROX. I really enjoy working and contributing in a small team.

I started at FROX in Winterthur on August 2, 2022, with full vigor. I am employed as a Technical Consultant in the ServiceNow area. At the moment, however, I am mainly taking on tasks in the area of software engineering in order to learn the ServiceNow platform from the ground up, so that in the future I can advise our customers competently like my more experienced colleagues. I discovered my passion for advising customers during my time as a customer advisor at SBB. At that time, digitalization and my interest in technology motivated me to complete a degree in business informatics at the ZHAW. I gained my first experience in ITSM during my civilian service in 2nd level support at the cantonal hospital in Frauenfeld.

At Conecto ZHAW I was able to get to know the company FROX and got a good impression right away. A few weeks later, I was delighted to sign my first employment contract after graduation. Above all, the exciting and varied tasks as well as the super team make the working days at FROX unique for me. I also get up motivated every morning because of the work culture. You work together as a team towards a common goal or common goals. I like that!

I started at FROX at the beginning of October. In the BPS team, I work as a software engineer in the Axon Ivy area and implement process solutions for our customers. I am fresh out of ZHAW and this is my first work milestone in life. However, during my studies I worked part-time as a computer scientist at a laboratory distributor in Wettingen.

I chose FROX because the dynamics and helpfulness in the team struck me positively during the job interview. The team is very considerate and gave me a lot of support when I started my career. My goal is to become a functioning part of the FROX family and to gain a lot of work experience.

I joined FROX on July 4, 2022, and work as a Technical Consultant in ServiceNow, which means I implement solutions and advise customers on ServiceNow. Previously, I worked for three multinational companies, for a total of about 12 years. My experience is mainly focused on software development and testing on different platforms. I also enjoy helping others as a scrum master, team leader, mentor, or trainer.

My choice fell on FROX because I wanted to continue working with ServiceNow, but in a slightly different way than before. Here at FROX, I have the opportunity to work on both greenfield custom implementations and out-of-the-box setups for various clients. My goal is to improve my overview of the systems, architectures, and solutions we work with while working closely with the people around me. I especially like the team around me, it makes my day. It’s refreshing and fun to work with. I love coming into the office.
