Implementation of ServiceNow HRSD at BKW: Process HR and IT matters faster and more efficiently
BKW, an energy, building and infrastructure company, was faced with the challenge of making its HR processes more efficient and rolling them out to other companies. The existing solution with various HR portals was fragmented and caused media disruptions and inefficient processes. To solve these problems, we implemented the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module. This enabled us to create a central portal that combines HR and IT concerns and makes work much easier for both BKW employees and HR agents through automation.
