Sun, adventure, and pure team spirit
We have just enjoyed a weekend full of sunshine, exciting activities, and unforgettable moments: the FROX team event in Ticino 2025 was a complete success! Between Lake Maggiore and the Verzasca valley, we not only got to experience impressive natural scenery, but also felt and strengthened our team spirit in a very special way.
In the footsteps of 007: bungee jumping at the Verzasca dam
Are we brave enough? We answered this question with a resounding yes when we bungee jumped from the 220-meter-high Verzasca dam. Made famous by the James Bond movie “GoldenEye,” this jump not only tested our courage, but also rewarded us with an incomparable adrenaline rush. An experience in a class of its own – goosebumps guaranteed!
Active in the Verzasca valley: hiking, biking, and marveling
The nature and villages of Ticino showed us their most beautiful side. While hiking through the Verzasca valley, we discovered quiet paths, mystical forests, and spectacular views. In small teams, we mastered exciting tasks on a guided trekking tour that challenged not only our creativity but also our team spirit.
When biking, however, we went high up and over hill and dale. Every meter took us further through the impressive landscape and left us amazed. We took frequent breaks to enjoy the view and learn interesting stories about the region. Whether on two wheels or on foot, the Verzasca valley completely captivated us with its diversity and charm.
Technical marvel: visit to the Gotthard base tunnel
To round off our team event in Ticino, we were given an exclusive insight into this engineering marvel of the century during a guided tour of the Gotthard base tunnel, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the fascinating world of engineering. Particularly impressive was the moment when trains rushed past the tunnel window at over 200 km/h. We were thrilled by the longest railway tunnel in the world!
More than just a trip: experiencing community, strengthening cohesion
In addition to all the activities, this weekend was one thing above all else: a valuable time for us as a team. We thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent together, and the many wonderful experiences not only enriched us personally, but also brought us even closer together as a team. A big thank you to the entire FROX team for the great atmosphere, enthusiasm, and camaraderie that made this weekend so special. We look back with a big smile and are already looking forward to the next adventure!
