Implementation of the ServiceNow platform at RUAG
At RUAG, the technology partner of the Swiss Armed Forces, we implemented the ServiceNow platform and IT Service Management application in just two months thanks to our specially developed Fast Track methodology. This fast and efficient implementation of ServiceNow at RUAG enabled a smooth start and impressively demonstrated how we accelerate and optimize the implementation process with Fast Track.

Together with BKW, we explained how the energy company offers its employees efficient self-service with the help of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and the appropriate workflows. This enables them to receive answers and make inquiries quickly and easily. The ServiceNow solution HRSD at BKW significantly increases the productivity and satisfaction of BKW employees.
