The ServiceNow Zurich Release Summit was an exciting day focused on the latest platform update! Yesterday in Zurich, we had the opportunity to witness firsthand how ServiceNow is ushering in the next era of digital transformation with the Zurich Release. The summit focused on AgenticAI, GenAI, and intelligent automation solutions that help companies make their services even more efficient and smarter.
Particularly impressive were the live demos and customer use cases, which showed how companies are already successfully using these technologies today.
