Welcome to the team, Dominik! We are delighted to have you at FROX since November 2025. Tell us a little more about yourself and your experience so far!
What is your position at FROX, and what are your responsibilities?
In my role as Account Executive for ServiceNow, I support our customers on their partnership journey with FROX. Whether it’s an initial contact to start the joint journey or supporting long-standing existing customers, my focus is always on adding value for the customer to create value-adding solutions together and thus establish a trusting, long-term relationship for both sides.
Where did you work before? What experience do you bring to the table?
Before joining FROX, I worked for a major Microsoft partner in Switzerland, where I gained experience with the entire Microsoft Technology Stack (except ERP). This allowed me to gain a very broad understanding of process digitalization and the holistic digital transformation of companies. I now want to put this knowledge to good use in my new role, showing customers how they can use the diverse capabilities of the ServiceNow platform to make their service and business processes more efficient and effective.
Before that, I worked for a German provider of time management and personnel planning software. There, I gained valuable experience in consulting on software products with a modular approach that require explanation and are similar in their basic structure to the ServiceNow platform.
Why did you choose FROX, and what are your goals?
From the very beginning, I was impressed by FROX’s family-like corporate culture, collegial atmosphere, and team spirit. I was also attracted by the fact that the flat hierarchies allow for a great deal of creative freedom and enable employees to contribute their own ideas. This allows us to achieve something together. At the same time, being part of the Noser Group means you are part of a large corporate network and can benefit from knowledge sharing within the group and, where appropriate, make optimal use of synergies. For me, this represented an environment that I really wanted to be part of, and I look forward to working with the entire team to build and maintain long-term, trusting, and value-adding customer relationships.
What do you like most about your job?
I particularly like the variety. No two days are the same, and you are constantly faced with new challenges. The great thing about this is that I can learn new things every day and continue to develop. I also really enjoy working with people and inspiring each other. I am also excited about finding solutions to our customers’ challenges and creating win-win situations for everyone involved.
We’d also like to learn a little about you as a person. What inspires you outside of work? How do you find balance?
As the father of two young boys, I really enjoy spending time with my family and rediscovering the world through my children’s eyes every day. I also like to spend my leisure time being active, playing tennis, or participating in other sports. In winter, I try to spend a few days skiing or snowboarding whenever possible. Another great passion of mine has always been traveling and getting to know new countries and cultures. If time and destination allow, I also like to pack my surfboard so I can ride a wave or two at some great surf spots.
