Design that makes an impact
Welcome to the team, Didier! We are delighted to have you at FROX since November 2025. Tell us a little more about yourself and your previous experience!
What is your position at FROX, and what are your responsibilities?
I work as a Junior Marketing Specialist at the Stäfa office. In this role, I am responsible for planning, implementing, and refining various marketing initiatives for FROX. This includes campaigns, content creation, and design-related tasks. I also provide design support to other companies within the Noser Group, contributing my design expertise to their projects.
Where did you work before? What experience do you bring to the table?
Before joining FROX, I was self-employed and ran my own business. My focus was on UI and UX design as well as marketing activities. Even though the scope was smaller, I was able to oversee end-to-end projects, from concept development and visual implementation to strategic marketing. This entrepreneurial experience continues to shape my structured and solution-oriented approach to work to this day.
Why did you choose FROX, and what are your goals?
For me, FROX is an incredibly exciting place to work, especially because of its combination of innovation, professionalism, and its integration into the Noser Group. The opportunity to make a big difference together and to achieve results through many small, effective contributions motivates me greatly. My goal is to further specialize in marketing. I am particularly drawn to the fields of design and advertising psychology. I am interested in how design, communication, and psychological mechanisms interact to achieve a lasting impact.
What do you like most about your job?
The variety of tasks and the constant opportunity for professional growth. Marketing combines strategy, creativity, and analysis. It is precisely this combination that makes the profession so exciting to me.
We’d also like to learn a little about you as a person. What inspires you outside of work? How do you find balance?
True to the motto “The extraordinary is in what we do, not who we are” from Tomb Raider (2013), I strive to live my life actively and mindfully. I appreciate contrasts and find balance both in intense, challenging strength training and in quiet moments of meditation. This balance between intensity and calm helps me stay focused and energized.
