Since 2016, the Canton of Bern has been managing its ICT processes with the IT Service Management system ServiceNow. At the end of the year, the current contracts for licenses, integration and services will expire. For this reason, the Office for Information Technology and Organization of the Canton of Bern (KAIO) invited tenders to extend the contracts.
DXC Technology has been awarded the contract for integration and services. FROX AG, on the other hand, will provide the ServiceNow licenses from January 2023. Both contracts are initially fixed for three years, but can be extended to seven years. We are pleased about the positive decision and the upcoming cooperation with the Canton of Bern!
