Welcome to the team, Branislav! We are delighted to have you on board at our FROX office in Bern since May 2025. Tell us a little more about yourself and your previous experience!
What is your role at FROX, and what are your responsibilities?
In my role as a Senior Technical Consultant for ServiceNow, I focus on implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions tailored precisely to the specific needs of our clients. In addition, I provide comprehensive consulting on all aspects of the ServiceNow platform to ensure that the solutions in use offer real added value and are leveraged to their full potential. I’m excited to work alongside my dedicated team to develop innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform and support our customers in their digital transformation journeys.
Where did you work before, and what experience do you bring?
I’ve been working in the IT industry since 2012 and have gained in-depth experience over the years. I’ve been specializing in ServiceNow since 2016 and hold up-to-date certifications. I bring hands-on, practical expertise across various ServiceNow modules, which I continuously expand and deepen.
Why did you choose FROX, and what are your goals?
I’m a true team player, enjoy communicating, and am passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and achieving customer satisfaction. At FROX, I’ve found a motivated team that shares these values. My goal is to build long-term success together with my colleagues and create real value for our clients through our combined expertise.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
What I enjoy most about my job is the variety and diversity it offers. I get to dive into different business processes and collaborate with a wide range of people. That makes my work both professionally rewarding and personally enriching.
We’d also love to learn more about you as a person. What excites you outside of work? How do you find balance?
In my free time, I enjoy spending valuable moments with my family — it’s an essential balance to my professional life. I also like to read to clear my mind and discover new perspectives. To stay active, I play basketball, and I also enjoy a good movie or inspiring music to recharge.
