When did you start at FROX?
Since July 22, 2024, I have been part of FROX.
In which position do you work at FROX? What are your tasks?
At FROX, I work as a Technical Consultant, supporting our clients in the technical aspects of digital transformation and the implementation of their requirements. My responsibilities include analyzing customer needs and developing solutions that are both technically feasible and as close to the standard as possible within the ServiceNow environment. Depending on the project, I also implement these solutions myself.
Where did you work before? What experience do you have?
After completing my computer science degree and working on a city project where I was responsible for information architecture, including the user interface, I gained nearly four years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow during my time as a consultant at a German ServiceNow partner. There, I worked in various roles, ranging from stream lead and project management to testing, solution architecture, development, and operations.
Why did you decide to join FROX? What are your goals?
The positive work environment, the diverse range of tasks, and the values at FROX convinced me to join the company. I am excited to have found a workplace that aligns with both my professional interests and personal values. My goal is to contribute my expertise to develop innovative solutions for clients while continuously advancing my skills.
What do you like most about your job?
What I enjoy most about my work is the process of finding solutions for digital transformation with ServiceNow and implementing them in collaboration with a variety of people.
