Welcome to the team, Andrea! We are delighted to have you at FROX since November 2025. Tell us a little more about yourself and your experience so far!
What is your position at FROX, and what are your responsibilities?
I work as an Office Manager at FROX. In this position, I support the management and sales teams in administrative matters and handle order processing, contract management, and correspondence with customers and partners. I am also involved in accounting, controlling, and HR issues, organize travel, and participate in internal projects.
Where did you work before? What experience do you bring to the table?
Previously, I worked in finance for several years, particularly in accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as assisting with monthly and annual financial statements. I worked in management consulting, for national and international pharmaceutical companies, and in the banking sector. In addition, I supported the management in administrative and organizational matters. These varied activities have shaped my working style and my understanding of different areas of business. I work in a structured and independent manner and enjoy interacting with people, which is clearly reflected in my career to date.
Why did you choose FROX, and what are your goals?
I chose FROX because I was attracted by the dynamic environment, the company’s clear focus, and the varied tasks. I particularly appreciate the combination of responsibility, creative freedom, and teamwork. My goal is to contribute my experience in the office and finance areas, further optimize processes, and provide FROX with long-term support in its day-to-day business.
What do you like most about your job?
What I particularly like about my job is its diversity. I enjoy coordinating different tasks, taking on responsibility, and acting as an interface between different departments. It also motivates me to make a tangible contribution to the smooth running of FROX through my work.
We’d also like to learn a little about you as a person. What inspires you outside of work? How do you find balance?
Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with my two girls and my husband. Sports also play an important role in my life, as they help me clear my head and recharge my batteries. I also enjoy traveling to gather new impressions and broaden my horizons beyond everyday life.
