Organisations around the world are embracing digital transformation and HR leaders are using innovative solutions to improve people decisions and increase operational efficiency. According to a study by ServiceNow and ThoughtLab, HR leaders will accelerate digital transformation over the next 18 months to increase employee satisfaction, productivity, growth and reduce costs.
Advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI (GenAI) will play a central role in this. 65% of survey participants believe that AI will revolutionise work processes. Almost three quarters of HR innovators already use AI for various HR areas and plan to further increase the implementation of GenAI.
In addition, specific HR solutions offer efficiencies in talent management, and all survey respondents expect to increase their use of these in the next 18 months to reduce HR costs and make informed decisions.
