BMC Helix (formerly BMC Software) is expanding BMC Helix Service Management to include Google Cloud’s Gemini generative AI models in the latest version 24.4, building on the existing collaboration with Google Cloud and adding to the support already available for Llama 3.1.
By integrating Gemini with BMC HelixGPT, IT teams will benefit from greater flexibility, faster problem resolution and deeper insights – all while reducing costs. A key feature of Gemini is the extended context window, which speeds up the processing of large documents and improves root cause analysis and the provision of relevant answers.
This development underscores BMC Helix and Google Cloud’s shared goal of fundamentally transforming enterprise IT management through the use of generative (Gen AI) and agentic AI.
